Official Rules: Kentuxican Case Giveaway

1. Eligibility
Winners must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.
2. Sponsorship
This giveaway is sponsored by Me Salsa, LLC. Contact us for more details.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. Me Salsa, LLC retains the right and sole discretion to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway period begins May 19, 2021. Entries will stop being accepted at 11:59pm EST on June 2, 2021. Winner will be contacted on June 3, 2021.
5. How to Enter
Entry requires no purchase. Entries will be collected with an email subscription form found at https://kentuxican.com/casegiveaway/
One entry allowed per person.
Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating a participant’s entries.
6. Prizes
One winner will be selected at random to receive a free case of Kentuxican Bourbon Hot Sauce.
The prize may be substituted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds
The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be randomly selected and contacted by email on June 3, 2021.
Winner must claim their prize by June 11 or the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
The Sponsor isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning, if he or she does not receive notification of winning. This included the Sponsor’s message going to a spam/junk folder.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
The Sponsor gains the right to use the winner’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
10. Terms & Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond their control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Entry into the giveaway constitutes an agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
12. Disputes
The participant agrees, as a condition of entering the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Kentucky, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
